Wind & Pressure Resistance Test

To be certain that the Mason wall systems and doors will be not fail under actual conditions Mason research and development staff submitted the products to test in the Mason test chamber.

The test was conducted in compliance with ISO6612 “Wind Resistance Tests.” The internal pressure of the chamber was monitored real time with the output recorded on a data logger. Wall and door deflections were measured using precisely calibrated measuring equipment.

The doors and walls were subject to 6 KPa pressure and examined closely after the test. In both cases the products showed no sign of structural damage and were able to operate normally.  The chamber is able to test up to 15 KPa.
